Waffle House - Great Waffles but sucky service

My fiance's family and I was on our way home from Margate when we saw Waffle House. We heard a lot about how good they were so we were so excited to have dessert there. When we got there, the lady at the door setted us. The waiter takes our order but does not write the order down. He brings the drinks but not mine. I dont see the waiter until I was done eating. I then called the manager, who was a coloured guy. I explain to him that I did not get my drink. He then explains that the waiter did not put the order through abd asks if he must still put the order through. I said no thanks and I asked for the bill. 5minutes later, the waiter brings the drink without saying a word. I tell the waiter I told the manager I did not want the order because we were leaving. The waiter then leaves with the drink still not saying a word. I then over hear the manager talking to the waiter loudly, not far from us saying 'if they don't want it, throw it away.' <br> Apparently it was on the house, which was not told to us by neither the waiter or the manager. The manager very rudely spoke out loud so we could hear him. First experience but very bad service from waiter and manger.
