Disappointing Service

What a disappointment dealing with goldwagen Cresta. I bought globes for a BMW f30, and I needed to return one as I did not need it, the whole shop has no cash on site. I was promised a call before end of business yesterday in order to waste my petrol again and collect my refund. Lo and behold, I don't get the call. This morning I call in to inquire if they have the cash for my refund and am told no one knows about my refund. I had to waste my petrol again and drive there and thank God they had cash. Such a big shop had no cash for a full 24hrs, how would they give clients change who pay cash? Quite a disappointment indeed. Pay by card or have the exact amount as they never have cash from what I have experienced. Really am not impressed at all, even their consultants don't seem to know anything about customer service, the ones I dealt with yesterday face to face and today on the telephone that is.
