Dig breeding scams

These people are a scam, the whole website seems legit until you pay the money. They stole R4000 from mh mom when she wanted to buy my dad a Golden Retriever puppy for his birthday.

Continuously changing their WhatApp number on the website.

How can I investigate these people as we all know goingbto the police won't work.

I feel like a vigilante at this stage with rage.
