****mer Alert Had a official website with legit email addresses. Very friendly and responsive until I made payment for a 6 meter container ( R25000) then all communication stopped. Delivery was scheduled and verified for Friday 6 December but was never delivered. Website is now down and no response from emails, phone calls or WhatsApp messages.
Requested a quotation for 255000km service on 30 August Caddy booked for service 02 September with comments squeaky noise from AC VW called me with repairs quote, tensioner pulley and belt needs replacement Gave the go ahead on Tuesday 03 September Received the vehicle back on Thursday 05 September with the same squeaky noise as initially reported Took the vehicle back Service adviser reported AC pump seizing up and needs replacement, gave go ahead 05 September Called on Monday 09 September to follow up Service adviser I spoke to is off sick, spoke to the lady standing in for him She advised that the AC pump was ordered and will arrive Monday afternoon, she will arrange fitment for collection on Tuesday 10 September Called this morning 10 September, original service adviser is back and said the lady gave the wrong info AC pump will only be collected Tuesday 10 September in the afternoon and will be replaced Wednesday 11 September Called the DP and his reasoning was just as professional as his staffs Long story short vehicle is standing 8 days in total for a service and minor repairs

We took out the contract in November 2021 choosing on the sales person discretion the Oppo A53s for my son. We gave him the phone for Christmas and all was good. I do not recall the specific dates in order but since 2022 started we handed in the phone 3 times for issues on the phone. The phone gave issues within the first three months and has never been resolved to date, this means paying for the phone but not being able to use it. This comes with a huge frustration as I am divorced and my kids stay in Cape Town and I stay in Delmas Mpumalanga and need this phone tonwork in order to communicate with my kids. We went back to Oakfield MTN where the contract was signed and where all communication and handing in of the not working phone took place. The previous 3 times the phone was handed in, fixed according to them and handed back. Phone works for going ona month then factory resets by itself. We spoke to a very helpfull guy at Oakfield MTN on Saturday and he advised us that there is no paper trail for this phone. We have 3 options he said. 1. Cancel the contract or renew at a cost of R1965.00 2. Cancel the contract at a cost of R1965.00 3. Report this to Hello Peter for assistance We do not understand why we need to pay this amount if the problem is not with us? Can someone please assist us as this is not fair and we have been paying non stop for a going on 15 months contract but only being able to use the phone for roughly 9 to 10 months. These people are a scam, the whole website seems legit until you pay the money. They stole R4000 from mh mom when she wanted to buy my dad a Golden Retriever puppy for his birthday. Continuously changing their WhatApp number on the website. How can I investigate these people as we all know goingbto the police won't work. I feel like a vigilante at this stage with rage.
