I am actually disgusted with the service from waist trainer South Africa. I palce an order on the 10th May and made payment. On the 12th May I have recieved an email of confirmation that they have recieved my order by consultant Sam Harnekar. I was instructed to send my physical adress where the order needs to be delivered and contact details i did that.
Until this day i have not recieved my order when i follow up i was first told that the order has been sent out i must contact courier guy. I was like really, and then i was told 3 days ago that it was delivered at my work place. I asked who gave a go ahead for my parcel to be delivered at my work place because its lockdown i am working from home?
No sense of urgency or an apology what so ever. Today i got an email that i was contacted and my phone rang to voicemail. What happened to alternative contact details i provided. Even that was captured in correctly. Today at 3:30 i was informed that my order was only logged by sheminah. Wow what a sense of urgency.
My point here is I am not really complaining about the delay because i understand that mishap happened everywhere. My issue here is about service.
People from that company have no sense of urgency whats so ever regarding customers service. I am really disgusted with their servie. I f i did not follow up regarding my order i was not going to get any feedback what so ever regarding my order until this day.
This company is a big company with no work ethics and no regard of customer satisfaction what so ever. I complained to the consultant and told her that i am not happy with the service. They did nothing. I requested the company to refund my R700.00 due to bad service.
I will not reccomend any of my friends or family members to this company. My experience is really bad and even if you complain they dont do anything about it.
