Dissatisfied customer
I order on an item 16 November, paid on 18 November in Dec I made numerous attempts to reach out to the company eventually receiving a mail asking for bank details to return the money. I responded requesting the product. They reverted stating that I will receive the product on 4 Jan 2022. I try to reach out once again to enquire about the product and still no joy. Absolutely shocked at the kick of customer service 🙄, please advise how I can take this forward.

Disgusting Service. Scammers!
I am beyond disappointed. I placed an order for my waist trainer a montnth ago. I made payment immediately and emailed my proof. I have not heard anything from the company since. I have sent four follow up emails and have contacted the company through a WhatsApp number given on their site. Absolutely no responses or communication or a single message of acknowledgement in response to my correspondents. Please do not buy from this company.

Pathetic Service - Scammers
I wish I could give a zero but I cant. I would not recommend this company to anybody. DO NOT USE THEM. I order all my products online and 99 - 100% of the time receive them from various companies in 1 - 3 days. The Waist Trainer SA is the most pathetic people I have ever dealt with. No telephone number (how bizarre), no address (even more bizarre), no answers on your emails only a whatsapp with a rude person on the other side. Needles to say... two weeks after an order of almost R900 I am still without any product or refund. Pathetic. Please dont use these people. You will regret it.

WOW!!! THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCT DOES IT FOR ME

I was scammed by waist trainer SA my order 18575.. I was told IL receive my waist trainer on Monday till today nothing and they don't even respond to any Email, watsapp nothing. They are using this watsapp number 0614619011 ACC name: ZSMH PTY LTD Acc: 62568674074 Bank: fnb Let there be justice please! We work hard for every cent, they must pay TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

Complain about Ridiculous service recieved by Sam
I am actually disgusted with the service from waist trainer South Africa. I palce an order on the 10th May and made payment. On the 12th May I have recieved an email of confirmation that they have recieved my order by consultant Sam Harnekar. I was instructed to send my physical adress where the order needs to be delivered and contact details i did that. Until this day i have not recieved my order when i follow up i was first told that the order has been sent out i must contact courier guy. I was like really, and then i was told 3 days ago that it was delivered at my work place. I asked who gave a go ahead for my parcel to be delivered at my work place because its lockdown i am working from home? No sense of urgency or an apology what so ever. Today i got an email that i was contacted and my phone rang to voicemail. What happened to alternative contact details i provided. Even that was captured in correctly. Today at 3:30 i was informed that my order was only logged by sheminah. Wow what a sense of urgency. My point here is I am not really complaining about the delay because i understand that mishap happened everywhere. My issue here is about service. People from that company have no sense of urgency whats so ever regarding customers service. I am really disgusted with their servie. I f i did not follow up regarding my order i was not going to get any feedback what so ever regarding my order until this day. This company is a big company with no work ethics and no regard of customer satisfaction what so ever. I complained to the consultant and told her that i am not happy with the service. They did nothing. I requested the company to refund my R700.00 due to bad service. I will not reccomend any of my friends or family members to this company. My experience is really bad and even if you complain they dont do anything about it.

Disgusting service !
I’m very disgusted by the service I’m getting from Waist trainer SA . It’s honestly very upsetting! They claim orders take 4-7days to be processed and delivered . It’s been over 7days now and I haven’t received my order . Nor did I even get any sort of communication from them . I kept sending this Sam lady WhatsApp messages asking about my order and she has been ignoring me . I sent them an email to say I’m not happy with their service . Instead of them apologizing and explaining what’s going on , they sent an email back saying my order cannot be fulfilled and they will send me a refund within 3 to 5 working days . Really ??? To make matters worse , They went on to block me from Instagram!! I waited so long for them to deliver my order and only now they are telling me they will refund me and I have to wait more days ???? This is a SCAM !! And I hope they Pay back my money !! I regret ordering online with these people !
