A Disgusting, Elitist Company
They deserve a zero star rating! Aramex is such an elitist company. In this day and age they still refuse to deliver in predominantly black areas. They will accept the package from the sender without raising any queries about the delivery destination. They will then call you, the recipient of the package, and ask you to make arrangements to receive the package in another area that they do deliver to. So black people in black areas are not entitled to door-to-door delievry despite having paid for it? So may delivery companies deliver to black areas. FedEx, DHL, The Courier Guy, RAM, Dawn Wing Takealot delivery service to name a few.

Disgusting Online Service
I made an online purchase and never received my order. The courier company was Aramex. I contacted Zara for a month and they kept promising to look into the issue but they never did. Nobody got back to me. Instead they issued me a refund for the garment but the refund did not include the delivery charge I paid. So I paid for delivery for an order I never received. I'm disgusted by how flippantly my issue was handled.

Worst delivery service company!! Beware!!
Worst service once again! This is the third time I have had the misfortune of dealing with Aramex. I made an online purchase and unfortunately the company uses Aramex as a delivery service. Once again they are telling me they do not deliver to my area and I should meet their driver at a central location. They keep informing me my pacakge is available for me to collect at their hub. At this point Aramex is not a delivery service company, they are just running a huge scam. They enter into these delivery/distribution contracts with retail companies but then refuse to deliver to the end customer and make the end customer collect their own packages.

Unprofessional. Scammers. Thieves.
Once again I have been scammed by Aramex. Their service is disgusting. They accepted delivery of my order from Nike but then called to say they do not deliver to my area and I should collect my package myself. I asked them to return my order to Nike so I can work with Nike to make alternative delivery arrangements with a company that would deliver to my area. Instead Aramex is now claiming to have delivered my order when they have not. Not only is their service appalling but they are now thieves!

Disgusting Service. Scammers!
I am beyond disappointed. I placed an order for my waist trainer a montnth ago. I made payment immediately and emailed my proof. I have not heard anything from the company since. I have sent four follow up emails and have contacted the company through a WhatsApp number given on their site. Absolutely no responses or communication or a single message of acknowledgement in response to my correspondents. Please do not buy from this company.
