I order on an item 16 November, paid on 18 November in Dec I made numerous attempts to reach out to the company eventually receiving a mail asking for bank details to return the money. I responded requesting the product. They reverted stating that I will receive the product on 4 Jan 2022. I try to reach out once again to enquire about the product and still no joy. Absolutely shocked at the kick of customer service 🙄, please advise how I can take this forward.
