WELL DONE MAKRO. I would like to thank Makro online for their amazing service. I bought something online and it was not working and the call center staff assisted me so well. I got my money back, the iterm was collected and every step was communicated. thank you Makro Keep up the good work.
I ordered on the 07/12/2024 @ 18h32 ( SPAR HEIDELBERG) my order was not delivered when i call the store they told me that they dont deal with 2U orders and the driver should have called me to let me know their scan is not working they probably going to deliver the next day. The next day(08/12/2024) I went to the store and spoke to the manager who had to take my number and give me a call back because the driver was nowhere to be found. An hour later the manager called me to ask what time will I be available for them to deliver, we agreed on 18h00. After 10 minutes I was called by the driver (Tapiwa) to inform me that he is knocking off at 14h00 on the that day and he wont be able to deliver at 6pm. I then asked him what must I do now coz this is unacceptable he told me he is just a driver here and he wont be able to deliver at 6pm. I called the customer service line they said they will escalate it. Later around 6pm I checked my app only to find that my order was delivered at 16h22( 08/12/2024). I never received my order. I went to the store the next day ( 09/12/2024) to explain myself again. I received my order( IN THE STORE) but I have wasted my time & petrol for something that was supposed to be done 3 days ago. ORDER NUMBER 25850 The WORSED SERVICE EVER. SPAR HEIDELBERG try to improve your service. I will never shop at that store ever again and I dont recommend anyone to waste their hard earned money to the store that doesnt take care of their customers
This is the second I order and I get things that will expire the next day. First time I thought it was a mistake and i drove to return the product and the lady at customer service was not even surprised at all, she just said go take another one. I cant pay for delivery and drive to you guys to return expired stock. Checkers Heidelberg Mall. My fresh cream is expiring tomorrow . Order number (129060117A)
Good day Vodacom I humbly ask for an explanation on why my uncapped data is now 600GB. The reason I took the contract was that we use a lot of data in my house and you guys were offering that. called your call center they told me that you have the right to change the contract and that vodacom no longer that uncapped for that amount, unless if im will to pay more than I pay now. I was told that communication was sent. Unfortunatly I didint see that message and vodacom decided to continue with their decision. I am REALLY DISSAPOINTED with vodacom and will NEVER recommend to anyone. its unfortunate that I have multiple accounts with you and im being treated in this way.
I called your call center on the 28/05/2023 to downgrade from compact plus to compact and when I check how much I owe I am shocked. I dont usually watch tv I pay this for my kids, channels that were not supposed to playing still do. Why are your consultants not doing their job. I THINK ITS TIME I STOPING PAYING THIS THING. THANK YOU FOR YOU BAD SERVICE.
I went at makro crown mines to buy an invertor. I had no clue about what I was going to purchase but Sabelo Mazwi was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all the questions I asked. 5 stars are not enough for the service I got, He deserves 1000 stars. THANK YOU SO MUCH SABELO
Great service from Nduduzo Mbele Absa insurance consultant, he made sure that I understand what insurance is about and how it works. I would say when you call ask for him but I am sure all consultants are as passionate as him. Keep up the good work and I will recommend Absa indirect insurance to my friends and family.
Vodacom I need a call for you ASAP, I received a message that my uncapped is now going to be capped. If I wanted capped data I would have chosen that contact. I will be expecting your to explain this. Times are tough everyone but this is day light robbery.
I took a contract at makro on monday the 06/12/2022 and still today my modem is not activated. Every time I get a different excuse when I call. You were able to take money from my account but not able to activate my sim. I would like my money back and cancel this contract. I will check with order service providers
