Scammers disguised as business
I ordered on April.To date no delivery.I check on the website, it says closed n we should email for refund.I did just that but no response.This is just scamming people.I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.

****py service, no communication and delays!
I am so disappointed in the service I received from WTSA ALL THREE TIMES! This was most definitely the last stoke and I will never shop with them ever again. The 1st time I ordered was many years ago, I was excited to get my 25 Steel Bone Latex Waist Trainer but my order took forever to get to me. At some point, I thought they were a scam. I lost that waist trainer a few years after so I ordered another one in 2020. Not only did it take a million years to get delivered, but it was also the wrong product. When I reached out to tell them that this was not what I order admin said, well look on the bright side, it is a lot more expensive than what you ordered! I hated it, I did not want the 25 Steel bone latex VEST trainer. So after trying it out for a few weeks, I hated it more. Like I did not learn my lesson, in December 2021 I placed an order for the 3rd time. I get that it was the holidays so I was patient but when Jan came, I became very impatient. I called them a million times and there was no answer. I emailed and there was no response. My payment as well was not confirmed and I had transferred from an FNB account to an FNB account. Eventually, I get a response saying they will dispatch my order. I asked to change the address because I had already left the location I was at when I ordered, that was sorted. I asked for my tracking number - nothing!!! I emailed (repeated) copy and paste the same email for a couple of days saying : “I tried calling your number but I was unable to reach anybody. Has my order been dispatched yet? Can I have the tracking number? I placed my order during the holidays (26th December) and it is the 17th of January today and still no tracking number. I noticed you wrote that if orders were made from the 6th then deliveries would be delayed which would make sense in my case but I ordered before. Could you advise as to when I will have my package in my hands?" Nothing was said until finally I a few days later I received my tracking number, no apologies, no nothing, just a number. I AM DISAPPOINTED INT THEIR SERVICE HONESTLY. Oh and by the way, my waist trainer is a SMALL and not a medium, so they added extra material for me to hook and make it a medium. SEE ME ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! In case you are wondering why I kept going back: Their products are quality but their service is **** and it will frustrate you.
