Themba from Incredible Connection Bethlehem l, what an absolute star! He responded to my query within seconds, kept in constant contact, reassured me throughout the process, and resolved everything within a day. I received my parcel without any stress. It’s clear that some people genuinely live what they do. I am truly inspired by the level of professionalism and care he showed. God bless you, Themba. Keep shining.
Very efficient. Always faster than expected. The drivers are very professional. I am really happy with the service.
I made an online purchase from Ackermans on 28th of November, and to date I have not received my order or any communication from the store. When I checked my account, I saw that the order was marked as shipped to Boulders-an address I did not confirm for this order and no one from Ackermans ever contacted me about delivery or collection. This makes me feel like my details were changed without my consent and my money has effectively just disappeared. I have been trying to call Ackermans to sort this out, but I cannot get through to anyone. No feedback, no assistance, and no resolution. At this point, I would not recommend placing an online order with Ackermans. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. All I want now is my money back and a proper explanation of how my order ended up at Boulders without my knowledge or approval.
Today I had a really good experience at YDE in Mall of Africa. I was being assisted by Siphiwe and Sindi. They went out of their way to meet my demands. Thank you, ladies, for making my day.
I ordered on April. To date no delivery.I check on the website, it says closed n we should email for refund.I did just that but no response. This is just scamming people.I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase.
I bought clothes and they didn't deliver all the items.I have sent them emails to resolve the issue, they do not respond and they have not refunded my money.Last I paid for a next day delivery only for them to fail to deliver.I don't know if it's just new management or what because I have always had good business with them.
I went into Pick n Pay Hyper in Woodmead with my daughter. We were in a happy mood. As we got to the till point, I overhear the ladies at the till discussing a prior customer saying she is dumb and laughing. It was none of my business. I greeted and proceeded to take out things from my trolley and then pushed the trolley with my child to the other side. The cashier behind me and her assistant ( I can't remember if it was her alone because of so many input)kept asking my daughter how she was. She is autistic. She couldn't answer. They began mocking her and I was there. They said if she does not speak to people she might as well stay at home with mommy! The other then said, "look at her eyes, its like she is going to eat me". I explained that she is autistic. I had to restrain myself. I asked her to say thank you. Which are some of the words she can say around people. She did. But they kept on laughing. As a parent, I felt humiliated. I am glad she is young and probably does not understand what happened. The level of harassment and discrimination was appalling. I am still traumatized. My daughter started 'acting out after we left the store because of all the sensory stimuli. Andre was an angel. He called me to apologise and referred it to Meshack. I have yet to receive any feedback from Meshack. I will never set foot in that store again. It will just trigger me. And its a beautiful store. Maybe your cashiers need to be more professional.

Sister Karen and Sister Chantelle at Dischem Mall of Africa are God sent. Amazing professionals with passion for their jobs. I brought in my baby for immunization and I was amazed. May they be blessed.
