Tasty frozen yogurt. Such a great treat for these hot summer days. Love the variety of extras you can add on. Still reasonable prices even with add one. #BlackFriday

Best froyo. A large variety of flavors and toppings to choose from.

My husband and I have always been faithful Wakaberry customers. One day we went to the King Pie that is next to the Wakaberry at the mall and we planned on going to Wakaberry when we were done with our pie. I got a knife at Wakaberry to cut the pie when the woman working there came and started shouting at me, telling me that I can’t use the plastic knife because it’s for her customers only. I explained that we were faithful customers but she just continued to shout at me. I was so shocked by this behaviour. I offered to give the knife back (because I know they wash and reuse the knives because I often find old food on them) and she shouted that she doesn’t want the knife back. We did not have Wakaberry like we had planned to because we refused to go there after someone had been so rude to us over a knife. Why would someone choose to lose customers over a knife?

This evening i went to Wakaberry in Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth, at about 20:40. On their official site of baywest it says that they close at 22:00. When i got there, the lady at the counter told me that she is closing now. I politely told her that it couldn't be because i saw their site. She then told me but she wants to clean. Im sorry but this is unacceptable? How could this be accepted by the company? It was so utterly unproffesional. I would please like to speak to the manager so that they know how they are losing money and customers due to their unproffesional staff members with a very rude attitude.

I went to Wakaberry in Strand on Saturday. I had a chocolate bowl and it was very sour. Like sour milk. I advised the lady behind the counter, she tasted out of my bowl and agreed with me. She then called another lady that was also on duty, who also tasted out of my bowl and she told me that it was the coco in the chocolate that made it taste sour. I told her there is now way that coco makes it taste like sour milk. She then changed her tone and said that the chocolate flavor was only for shots and not for the bowls. How is this possible? Why would you have a whole machine with chocolate flavor if it's only to be taken in a shot form? If this is true, why is there no signage? Or why does no one tell you this?

I've only heard good things about Wakaberry, and this being my first experience, I'm VERY disappointed, after I spent R130 and then get told, there is nothing we can do about it.

Can someone please advise me what the correct information is? And can someone please do something about this?
