I purchased the wrong helmet that does not match my existing goggles online. We went into the CT store to try to swap the helmet but were told we need a pre authorisation code from the online team. I have not had acknowledgment of my multiple emails, and the CT store is unhelpful when I call. The customer service is non existent and I would not purchase from them again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a gun from them on the 1st of March 2025, I got home and tried to test it and then it didn't want to shoot at all. I took it back to the shop and the technician looked at it and confirmed that the gears have sheared off. I requested a refund and at first he said it's not going to happen (mind you that I returned it within the 14 days exchange/warranty), he then told me that I need to email the owner, Henry Zhang, to request a refund. Both my boyfriend and I have been trying to get hold of him (Calls, WhatsApps, and many emails) for the past 2 days and he just ignores us and does not respond to messages. Now I have had to get the consumer counsil involved to get my money back, still waiting. I have been told by his own employees that he does not like issuing refunds at all. I have also heard from his technician that he was told to fix the gun and put it back on the shelf. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! ITS A ****.

Bought a mask and goggles from Walker wargames. Item was broken. Took it back for a refund, they could reverse the payment to a card because we paid cash. Called the owner, Henry. Got told to send an email with my banking details, which i did and I requested he does an immediate payment. Which he didnt. when I asked why he didn't do an Immediate payment his response was (I have copied and pasted his response below): "sure, you are welcome to stay at shop to wait for the payment to show up if us want to be difficult, we can charge up to 15% return handling fee and restocking fee and that broken clip, we can say client user error." Now that is how Henry Zhang does business. Well, after all the support i have given him in the past 2 years kitting out my security officers, this is his attitude.

Very poor service and Henry has no people skills. Sending a parcel but never supply the tracking number. A previous order one of the items was missing. They did not even tell me. I had to ask and only then did they pay back the money. The courier service they use is useless.

I recently got the itch to play Airsoft, not knowing where to start I asked a few friends on Facebook and was referred to Walker Wargame. Walking into this massive 600+sqm store was very intimidating, literally hundreds of options (and that’s just the guns) Pierre approached us and for the next 2 hours, time stood still. Nothing or no else mattered, Pierre gave us his undivided attention and answered every single stupid question we had with utmost professionalism. What an incredible customer service experience! I also shared a similar experience with another employee but embarrassingly I can’t remember his name. These guys got it right and will definitely see me again!

Walker Wargame is genuinely the best one stop shop when it comes to Airsoft and firearm accessories. Hendry, Pierre and the rest of the team always goes out of their way and above to insure great costumer experience and service. I personally always ask Pierre for his advice on any weapon or accessory before I buy. Go visit them at the Johannesburg branch and have a solid experience. #WIN
