I placed an order for a stationery box and made full payment. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I never received the order nor any meaningful communication from the company.
School started three days ago, and due to the delay and lack of response, I was forced to purchase stationery elsewhere, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional expense.
I formally requested the cancellation of the order and a refund and even provided my banking details. However, I have received no response to my emails or follow-up communication.
I am extremely disappointed with the poor service, lack of communication, and failure to resolve this matter. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and am still awaiting confirmation of my refund.
No staff member has reached out to me even after sending follow up emails. I kindly need assistance for my refund.
