Wlatons Online Shop Nightmare
Terrible service after buying online. My order was days late, when it eventually arrived it was missing Dividers as indicated on their online portal. When I raised this they first denied it, claiming the lunchbox compartment is the Divider they were referring to. I called them out on this and they then said they will speak to their Supplier who then said they stopped putting Dividers 2 years ago. Now this is unacceptable as I indicated to them that the website still say "with Dividers" and that's what I paid for and expect. Now Waltons send a cold " There are no partitions to be sent." No apology, no offer of alternative/nothing despite their website listing. I told them I'm not happy with this resolution

05 Mar 2026, 15:54I see your "Priority Ticket" has now been closed with no resolution of my complain. If I pay for something and I don't get it then I should be partially refunded, offered a discount, gift voucher. These are some of the options to remedy the mistake that's on your website. I expect that too, anything short of that is unacceptable.
