This is the worse gaming ever,poor service from verification its poor,because i am using the old ID book which I took around in 2003 their sumsub system can't verify the document, they request me to make affidavit as to why my ID book looks so old, they even declined my ID copy with commission of oath yet they want affidavit, i requested that they take back their bonuses and give me back my deposit they don't want too, they self-excluded my account yet they say it's active even after I send them my screenshot, all other bookmakers can verify my account with my old ID only them it's impossible, i don't understand why can't they force verify using the sumsub because such does happen, its a new thing that the selfie doesn't match ID because id was taken while I was young which is more than 23 years ago, like really how would it match,even now they don't want to refund me, they have self-excluded my account, I just need to find out why am I self excluded without my permission. I will write to the Gambling Board to assist me as to why this company put me under self exclusion without my consent,I don't have any gambling problems at all,and worse the gambling board just gave us training in regards with self exclusion a month ago.
