Withdrawal customer support terrible
Terrible service when it comes to withdrawal and customer support I have 3 pending withdrawals before even making withdrawals I had call to ensure all is order with my account and I was advised it was withdrew sent them an email and was advised it will be processed within 72 hrs called the again same story them after 2 days they tell me my account is under audit and they do not have a turn around time as to when the audit will be complete it is terrible that they so not have answers or solutions to any query yet they always stipulate that you must read and comply with T&C I have now concluded to raise a formal complaint to the gambling board as I have called multiple times and emailed several times very bad service never experienced this even with over the boarder gambling
