I ordered products that Wantitall.co.za advertised online, a couple of days after paying for my order, a consultant from wantitall informed that they did not have that product and that they would do a refund for me. I was upset by this because I felt that it was fault advertising to say you have something, when you do not. I have yet to receive my refund since January 2023 to this date, and when I sent an email to enquire about my refund, no one responded to me, nor do they have a functioning landline for me to call.
