Isabella Garcia ran a #blackfriday sale on their products, which I ordered about 4 boxes from that sale. The confirmation email that I received said that I would receive the products within to 4-7 working days or an Isabella Garcia consultant would give me a call. It has been over 10 working days now I have not received my order, nor have I received any form of communication from them regarding my order. I have sent an email inquiry which has not been responded to. I have tried calling on their customer care line which according to their answering machine, they are undergoing some maintenance of some sort and it refers you to the email, which is not being attended to either. I am deeply disappointed by this behaviour, as I have come to trust Isabella Garcia for years.
I received the worst experience, waited for a long time for my oder to be delivered on top of that, the wrong items were delivered. I reported the mistake and did follow-ups for a resolution, but I got no assistance from them.
They are quick to respond and efficient in assisting with matters
Their website is relatively easy to navigate, straight and simple. They offer a great after purchase service for their customers. The vehicles that they provide are clean and up to date. The return process is fast and efficient. The only negative thing I would have to say is that one has to wait a while when picking up a vehicle due to an influx of customers that they get.

I ordered products that Wantitall.co.za advertised online, a couple of days after paying for my order, a consultant from wantitall informed that they did not have that product and that they would do a refund for me. I was upset by this because I felt that it was fault advertising to say you have something, when you do not. I have yet to receive my refund since January 2023 to this date, and when I sent an email to enquire about my refund, no one responded to me, nor do they have a functioning landline for me to call.
Their consultants are well versed in their products, they look out for their clients, going an extra mile to ensure that one is fully covered and is fully aware of the type of contract that they go into. They go as far as looking into one's pocket to see how much one can afford to pay and still get the best cover. I am pleased with my choice of staying with them.
Desiree is the lady that assisted me with clarity on the cancer cover that I've had with platinum for the past year now, as well as an upgrade with added benefits. She helped me realize the importance of having these covers in place, God forbid the worst should happen. She was extremely patient, as the network was not kind to us, as a result the call kept cutting off but eventually all was clarified and I was happy with the decision that I made.
