Paid Deposit for Chairs They could not make - Lies about refunds

I paid a R11 900 deposit to Warwick & Quinlan for custom slip-cover dining chairs. The chairs were never delivered, as the company later admitted they could not make them to the promised specifications. A full refund was promised, but even after multiple follow-ups and the refund period expiring, the payment has still not been made.

Extremely disappointed with the broken promises and lack of follow-through.
