A big disappointment.

I wanted this to work. I really did. I am on a road trip and passing through Cape Town. I needed my clothes washed and ironed, but I guess that was too much to ask.

They were washed but returned with an odd smell. It must be the soap that was used, so I will not dock points for that mistake, however, they did not wash the actual clothes bags in which the dirty clothes were, they did not iron them properly at all, and there was a long black athletic sock missing when it was all returned. There was a second sock that was not even washed because it was left in the dirty clothes bag in which the clothes were... this was very disappointing I must say.

Like I said, I wanted this to work. A laundry service that picks up your stuff and returns it the next day sounds insane and amazing to me, but the execution was very flawed. I cannot give more than 1 star at the moment since the job was incomplete, poorly done, and I received less than what I sent in. My fears were realised.
