Waste Removal Company refuses to collect waste at a street which is recognized by the location Google map.

The company hired by Ekurhuleni municipality at Emaphupheni ext 36(Ema 17) near E****wa refuses to collect waste at my street where I'm located which is South of the dam street, their reason for refusing to collect waste at my street under the stand number 31933 is that they claim the street is not good and and their multi tons truck will get stuck but it's the same street where small cars drive at including my car and there's no single day where a car got stuck but they use that as a reason to avoid delivering the service which the Ekurhuleni municipality is paying them for, I once spoke to one of their truck conductor by the name Mr Mr Mntolo 0729104027 and he brought one of the truck drivers to see the street and they even drove in my street to let the street know that they're now collecting the waste, but the following week when the waste was ready to be collected they brought another driver whom refused to enter and told me straight "we don't enter in that street and that time I was driving my small car coming from the same street".... And sewage trucks can pass when fixing the sewage pipelines what prevent a waste removal truck with the same capacity to drive in this street which is located at South of the dam that's sorrounded by ext 17,18 and 19? I hope this complaint reaches the right people who have and hired this waste removal company to know that they're paying this company for a service that it's not offered in full since the day they agreed to to our service provider at the above location with an unknown road as most roads are not yet marked or named.
