I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from Ikhokha regarding my Solo Speedpoint machine which i purchased in May 2021.After using the machine for only a few months,I started experiencing battery problems that were never adequately resolved,and detoriated to a point where by my customers wouldn't even finish entering a wouthout the machine switching off and the machine was still and still looking brand new. The lack of effective support and care for my business needs has led me to seek alternative solutions. I have since transitioned to Shop2Shop, which has proven to be a more reliable and customer-centric partner. Their approach prioritizes understanding and addressing the root causes of issues,rather than merely pursuing profits. I must admit, Ikhokha has a unique way of ending business relationships with clients,i's a quick way to pass clients to your competitors, and I commend you for that. If it weren't for your company's... let's say, "bad" handling of client issues, I wouldn't have discovered Shop2Shop's superior service. You've essentially handed me over to them on a silver platter. Just today, one of your agents visited my shop selling new devices, and I shared my unresolved issue with her. Her reaction was telling,she seemed disappointed and didn't even get a chance to make her pitch. It's clear that the issues I faced weren't isolated incidents, and I'm not sure if your so-called "superiors" are aware of the impact their inaction has on your team's morale and client relationships. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that I be allowed to dispose of the Solo Speedpoint machine aka "the battery low" machine, as I no longer see value in keeping it at my shop while it can't keep the screen on for 10seconds without going off. I would appreciate confirmation on how to proceed with this process,I have made peace with the fact that my R3500 has gone to waste. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a call I received from Nomsa Shenge, a security guard at Kit Kat,Benoni,12 August, 16.45.During the call, Ms. Shenge accused me of paying with a **** note in the morning at 09:02 and demanded that I send her money, claiming to have footage as evidence. I am shocked and disturbed by these allegations, and I strongly deny any wrongdoing. I have several questions regarding this incident, including the authenticity of the footage, the procedures followed during the transaction, and the basis for her accusations. This is not the first time I have been involved in a controversy with Kit Kat cashiers. This is the fourth incident where I have been unfairly accused or implicated in *****ulent activities. I suspect that these incidents may be related to my punctuality as usual i am in the store when they open which makes me a target of these cashiers and possibly security guards involved, friendly demeanor, and demographic characteristics. In light of these repeated incidents, I request a formal meeting with you to discuss the following: 1. The incident in question and the evidence against me 2. The procedures in place for handling transactions and disputes 3. The conduct of Kit Kat cashiers in question, particularly Ms. Shenge and the last 3 cashiers which tried the same ****. 4. Unsatisfactory Delivery Experience I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by Jordan Makamu from BuffaloInternational Logistic.Despite being informed that my parcel from Temu had arrived, the driver refused to drop it off citing 'rain' as the reason. What's astonishing is that all cars, including small ones, were driving normally in the rain, yet the driver chose not to deliver my parcel. This lack of commitment to service is unacceptable. Furthermore, I'd like to highlight that this is a business address where I receive orders daily. In fact, I received deliveries yesterday, the same day their less experienced driver refused to enter, without any issues. This inconsistency is alarming and raises concerns about the reliability of their delivery services. I request that Temu looks into this matter and return to FastWay Curriers where their drivers aren't arrogant and disrespectful like Buffalo drivers and takes necessary actions to ensure timely and reliable delivery services. Bolt driver(DD39DBGP) cancelled ride for silly reason ,he was just 7min away but he complains he couldn't proceed with the ride to pick the sick man because my location has no tar road wherereas all cara drive ob the same non tared road....am I supposed to do road construction now for these ehailing cars to pick us up?
Ikhokha provided me with a speed point which seems to be used before by someone else,the speedpoint I only used it for 3 months then the battery started giving me problems,i then requested for an upgrade in the form of trade in when they released a new model,all they care about is making profit as the only time they call is to know why I am not trading with them anymore,and when i tell them the reason they consultant will just say "let me speak to my superiors" and that will be the end,the next call will be the same reason to find out why i am not using their speedpoint anymore same cycle. 0782338878
Flash keeps sending me from pilar to post when i request for simcards to provide to caustomers, and the worse part is that the machines they provide us can only RICA simcards privided by them not any simcard,when I call them they say i must to to the nearest kiosk,at the kiosk they say they dont get any simcard deliveries,its sad that this company now gets our customers by the ***** because cuatomers even if they get simcards but unfortunately these machines can only rica Flash simcards,all they do is provide us with numbers of arrogant lazy staff who don't even delivere these simcards. The bread distribution company called AA/Supersoft at my area in Emaphupheni ext 17 only delivers the bread to Somalian shops and exclude my shop as a black business man,i have numerous calls begging the driver and the supervisor to bring bread but they only bring it when they feel like doing it while the shops owned by Somalians and Pakistanis which are 50-100m away from my shop always get bread delivered at their shops daily...my contacts 0782338878
I'm deeply disappointed and saddened by Nantons Waste ******* dumping,today on the 29th of July 2023,between 11am and 12pm they just started dumping the all the waste they just vacuumed from the blocked sewage,offloading all the **** just in front of my shop which is facing the dam,it is very hard to deal with the smell and this has brought so much negativity to my business as customers and myself we couldn't deal with the smell,and the driver was even drinking on duty,I have the videos and photos of this incident.
