Good Day
I desperately need assistant with the store employees from the Watch Republic Kenilworth Access Park Store.
I purchased my watch on 18 January 2025 and was assisted by Bonita Lodream. A few minutes after buying and wearing the watch, I noticed that the time was not set. She then explained that the watch will have to be sent to the repair centre. She took the box and the watch.
I then returned a month later to collect my watch, in a plastic Sleeve. They did not return my box. When I got home I noticed that the watch is old and not the same watch I bought on the original day of purchase.
I’ve called the store however they refuse to assist me.
Please I need help .
