I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery took far too long, and when the watch finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The quality was extremely poor and not what I expected at all. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was told that I needed to send the watch from Durban to Sandton at my own cost, just for them to decide whether I’d get a credit. I find this approach to customer service unacceptable. Now, I’m left with a watch that looks cheap and doesn’t offer half of the features advertised. I expected much better!
