Watchilly incompetence

I ordered a watch from them on the 19th of December 2025, it was in stock when I paid for it. A month later and numerous email to them I stil have not received the watch. I am told to wait or cho9a other one. The others are also out of stock. I asked for a refund and the same generic message comes back that it is out of stock, I must wait or choose a other one. I am not very happy with the service I received from them.
