Rotten service

I heard of water fountain through my friend but I'm afraid that the customer service is exactly the opposite of what she discribed.

When we got to willow there was a long line and fewer staff that was not very friendly.

When we got inside nobody offered help on where all the different bottles were. W decided to leave

One tip hire people who knows customer service.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.
