Good experience but terrible and inhuman reception from Phillipn

Had a great time at the Waterberg Game Park. Enjoyed our stay and the facilities. ******s were a problem as you can't open windows. There ia no network connection.

What was worse ia bad attitude of receptionist named Phillip. Insensitive to people who are lost. Whilst trying to assist someone to locate venue he closed the reception door on our place without indicating that they are about to close. Just like a dog owner closes the house door or a dog not to enter. Did not look sober. Treated the security workers who asked dorre juice with disdain. Terrible and inhuman customer service from him. Otherwise the Game Park is great . The Game Drive and out super great female guide was exceptional, professional and pleasant. I will choose her again and again. But Phillip does not belong there
