Poor workmanship and no after sales service

Waterfall pools re-coated pool (marbelite) and re-did coping and paving on my 8 year old pool.<br> Initially, after the first fill, the level was out and the pool had to be drained and level re done (lift coping and paving and re do mosaic etc) - received no compensation for waste of water.<br> <br> after 5 months the paving came gradually loose and is now lifting and cracking, Personnel from Waterfall pools have come to inspect, but never we never heard from them after that. Weeks later, we went to the shop in waterfall centre, left out details and the complaint, and to date still zero response.<br> <br>
