Pathetic and disgusting service

My son tried to stop his studies they came back with a settlement amount, we explained what we can pay and asked for bank details. We have been sending follow up emails but nobody is responding. Now they are sending us emails for being handed over for a bigger amount. This school is pathetic and I would not advise anyone to do any studies through them,
