Extremely disappointing!

Extremely disappointed in the level of service received. They came out to fix a leak in August 25 but with the first rains the leak was still evident. Have been begging them to come out to come and fix what was not done properly initially but to date they have not. Graham avoids all calls and his worker Trevor has made repeated empty promises. Our walls have now suffered water damage. So disappointed! Paid them in full with an immediate clearance in August.
