I have had the worst online experience with this company. I ordered myself a Redtail catfish on the 4th of May 2023, i waited patiently for it to arive on the allocated delivery time schedule. 1 Week turned into 2 and 2 turned into 3. i am currently in my 4th week of waiting as when i messeged them a week ago on whatsapp i was told their store got flooded and i felt bad for them so i wished them the best recovery and waited. Another week goes by and i ask again whats going on and i start to hear the same sob story yet again, irritated yet still a bit sincere and waited another week. I messaged them again on the 26th of May 2023 saying to wait till monday for a responce, well its monday and i have yet to hear anything from them, this has honestly been my worst experience with any online store to date. The fact that there was no urgency to let a customer know their order would be delayed and that i would have to wait is quite unprofessional, as well as a customer having to contact you constantly is already a sign of bad business management as it shows you as a company do not care for customers having any problems. I am still livid and irritated at this level of unprofessional practice in a place of business where such a thing could be left to happen. I will also be writing a formal message directed towards them and the owner on my experience and how i will be expecting some form of compensation as this has been a very unpleasent experience with Wave Aqua, a supposedly "welltrusted by the community" business.
