Incorrect Bags size received from Wayfare culture

I bought 2 sets of luggage bags from wayfare culture.

Items in this shipment Gatsby's Travel Sets × 1 Dark Slate / 2 Piece Large Gatsby's Travel Sets × 1 Eden Green / 2 Piece Large

The add for the special stated 1 x set which comprises of 2 large bags. Therefore, because we purchased 2 sets we were expecting to receive 4 large bags. We received the bags, but it was a set 1 large bag and 1 small bag, so instead of receiving 4 large bags, we received 2 large bags and 2 small bags.

We emailed, called Rowan from Wayfare Culture was happy to assist with getting the bags shipped, but was no answering my calls once we received the bags.
