Dear FlySafair Management Team. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply distressing and unacceptable experience I had aboard flight FA570, bound for Zanzibar. Mid-flight, the oxygen masks deployed unexpectedly, accompanied by a strong and alarming smell. Passengers, including myself, donned the masks in fear and confusion. The pilot then announced a technical issue with the aircraft, necessitating an emergency return to OR Tambo. However, due to excess fuel, we were forced to circle in the air until it was safe to land. Upon landing, the gravity of the situation became clear as we were met by fire trucks on the tarmac—a sight that confirmed the severity of the emergency. Following this, we endured an uncomfortable and poorly managed wait on a bus for a replacement aircraft. Women and children were among those needing access to restrooms, yet were told to remain on the bus. This handling of passengers is not only inconsiderate but appears to violate basic Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. It is also worth noting that the aircraft had shown signs of technical issues prior to takeoff, yet the flight proceeded regardless. This decision was reckless and could have resulted in a far more tragic outcome. Upon arrival in Zanzibar—seven hours behind schedule—our pre-arranged transfer had already been cancelled, resulting in financial loss and considerable inconvenience. We were forced to scramble for alternative transport at the airport, and our itinerary for the day was entirely disrupted. To salvage our plans, we extended our stay and incurred an additional cost of R4000 for flight changes. Furthermore, the seats I had carefully selected for the original flight were not honored on the replacement aircraft, adding to the frustration. I have documented the entire experience and would like to know what corrective actions your airline intends to take. Please advise what is required from my side to support this process. This experience was traumatic, costly, and far below the standards expected of a reputable airline. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond promptly with a resolution.
I bought 2 sets of luggage bags from wayfare culture. Items in this shipment Gatsby's Travel Sets × 1 Dark Slate / 2 Piece Large Gatsby's Travel Sets × 1 Eden Green / 2 Piece Large The add for the special stated 1 x set which comprises of 2 large bags. Therefore, because we purchased 2 sets we were expecting to receive 4 large bags. We received the bags, but it was a set 1 large bag and 1 small bag, so instead of receiving 4 large bags, we received 2 large bags and 2 small bags. We emailed, called Rowan from Wayfare Culture was happy to assist with getting the bags shipped, but was no answering my calls once we received the bags.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service at home choice. I lost my phone and put in a claim in May 2021. I was then told weeks later that the courier was sent to deliver my device but no one was home. 3 months later and after several calls to the contact center, I still have not received the phone that I am paying for. 1. No one contacted me to arrange for delivery of the phone. 2. I called the contact center numerous times, but was met with arrogance and attitude. I bought a car through a trade-in from Fury Ford on the 20 Feb 2019. I drive it to Durban on the 20 Feb 2019, and my way to Durban the engine light started flashing. I called the sales person and he told me to go to any Ford in Durban. The fixed the issue temporarily. On my way back the engine light started flashing again. I drove it straight to Fury Ford, they fixed the issue temporarily saying it is a spark plug. The issue started again the next day (28 Feb 19). I booked the vehicle in for repairs. It took almost 2 days to find the issue. The issue is the clutch and it will take 4 days to replace. This is not acceptable!!! I bought this car and had it for less than a week and there are issues. My wife cannot even go to work. I opened a case with Ford SA. REF: ********** 82. Please assist urgently.
I am disappointed with the service from your Midrand Mercedes Benz dealership. My car is in for repairs. 2 weeks later and they are waiting for approval to repair my car. My car is under warranty. Why do they need approval, and why does approval take so long? Very frustrating. I do not have a car and I cannot afford the R5000 holding deposit for a loan vehicle. I called Mercedez Benz customer service to assist and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. I do not know what to do. I bought this car 6 months ago and drove it for less 10 000km.

I bought a fridge on the 24-11-2017, I was told that it would be delivered on Monday 27-11-2017. I was not contacted by Dion Wired or any courier responsible for delivery. I call Dion Wired Cresta and queried about my delivery and I was told that the fridge was given to the couriers on Monday, but I was not contacted by any couriers to arrange delivery. This is by far the worst experience i have aver had from a retail store. I WANT THE FRIDGE THAT I PAID FOR. I also paid for delivery.
