Great Service: Happy Customer
I bought my bike and accessories from Wayne Pheiffer Cycles a while ago but my little computer was playing up. I popped in with my bike to see if they could help me. Wayne came and helped me to try and fix it and ended up completely replacing it and fitting a new one(since Ryder products have a lifetime guarantee). He also helped me fix my front brakes that were sticking. I realised that the back brakes were also sticking so the next day, he adjusted them for me. It's like a new bike!! Thanks for the great service Wayne!! 😉👍

Great Service
Wayne Pheiffer Cycles in Port Elizabeth has to be the best place to go should you have a problem. Yesterday we bought a new bike and there seemed to be a problem with the front tube. I contacted Wayne and he said they are closed until Tuesday. Not long after that he asked for a description of the problem to which he replied, meet me at the shop tomorrow at 9(being Monday - Family day) and he will sort it for me. He took time from his holiday day off work to open up and assist me. I am very grateful for the outstanding service. Will recommend Wayne Pheiffer Cycles to anyone needing help. Brilliant service.
