I lost 2 tyres and 2 rims on my way to Midrand just near Pinetown on the N3, SANRAL official visited the scene after the incident, I did a claim now this company tells me to with until January when they reopen. The leave the road with stuff to damage cars and take no responsibility. Now they claim they have to investigate as if the team to do that is imported.There are a shame to South Africa. I wonder if all ethnic groups in SA are treated the same. They have no heart through their claims officer. Very poor public relations. Profit first no one second. They protect their insurer with their lives. (That's if they have any)
