Service beyond limitations.

I ordered a Inverter and batteries from them online a day before a public holiday.

The next day ( which was a public holiday) I received a call from them informing me that the specific model I ordered was not in stock and they discussed the alternative.

2 days later the items were delivered.

This shows you the dedication to customer service as they will work on Public Holidays to ensure the customer are informed and their service is not limited to office hours.

Currently I have an issue with my system, they arranged for the collection and keep me informed on a daily basis.
