Bad service from Carpenter/Handyman

I made a payment of R 3800, more than the deposit on the 5 Oct 2020, work only started for about 2 hours on Monday the 26 Oct. The work was not up to standard as the little piece of cupboard built so far was very skewed. He only brought a little bit of the wood needed to finish the cupboard, and after seeing the quality of work, I decided not to continue with the service. I asked several times for the remaining wood I paid for via messages since he doesn't answer the phone or at least a partial refund, as there were very little labour and wood, but I am yet to receive an answer. I would not recommend this company. They over promise and under deliver.
