These people charge a R250 admin fee, without knowing if they can secure a loan for you. I have reported them, but knowing ****s they will probably continue operating. This is the reply I received when I queried the admin fee that they charged without securing a loan As you can see this person is very rude, and also does not respect the request that he doesn't contact me again. Don't use this service. They take advantage of people who are in desperate situations. Good day. You clearly can’t read or think. YOU DID NOT APPLY WITH MY COMPANY ONLINE!! Can you understand? You apply online with Chainpay Loans....not my company! They deal with the Debi Check! I told you my company assist in feedback and provide feedback to clients should they enquire from us. READ my automated mail to all new applicants and you will understand the process of applying online. Don’t come with the POPI Act to me...you heard the word but doesn’t understand what their aim is...I have done the course, and I am 27 years in the Microlending industry. I should know what is right and what is not! .YOU APP**** ONLINE and YOU AGREED to the Terms & Conditions. Go and read what you have AGREED to . Furthermore, Chainpay Loans is a National Brokerage and NOT the lender. They don’t have to be registered as a lender. You are welcome to approach the Ombudsman. No refund will be done by Chainpay Loans...you accepted the Debi Check.
Excellent service. They responded quickly, and gave updates the whole time to ensure that I get my delivery. They arranged delivery after payment very quickly. I recommend this store.
I love the Milex Airfryer I bought, there was originally a part missing when it was delivered, but the showspace team resolved it in a timely fashion.
I absolutely love, love these guys. Best service ever. So convenient, orders are shipped and received quickly, and I always receive great value as well as high-quality products from them. I have sampled everything from their dried herb, concentrates, and edibles, I vouch for them. Most of all I love that they make ordering and receiving so easy and convenient. So 2022 for 420.
I made a payment of R 3800, more than the deposit on the 5 Oct 2020, work only started for about 2 hours on Monday the 26 Oct. The work was not up to standard as the little piece of cupboard built so far was very skewed. He only brought a little bit of the wood needed to finish the cupboard, and after seeing the quality of work, I decided not to continue with the service. I asked several times for the remaining wood I paid for via messages since he doesn't answer the phone or at least a partial refund, as there were very little labour and wood, but I am yet to receive an answer. I would not recommend this company. They over promise and under deliver.
If you buy from We Buy Cars, you will be buying trouble. I first had problems getting the papers from them, after I paid for the papers ( which I already find slightly unethical) because of Covid19 I can only now put the bike on my name. When I phoned the traffic department now to find out what I must do to put the bike on my name, I was informed that We Buy Cars put the bike through roadworthy and it failed the test. No one at We Buy Cars informed me of this, this could have influenced my decision to buy this bike. I feel that this information was deliberately hidden from me. We Buy Cars is unethical and will pull the wool over your eyes just to make a sale. Then you will have to beg them for paperwork, only to find out later that they did not tell you everything. Then they will hide behind technicalities to try and cover up their unethical practices. I repeat, if you buy from We Buy Cars it is a risk. Maybe some people are lucky when they buy there. But I won't buy from them again, I feel they are just plain skelm.
WE BUY CARS - QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Not only do they charge you a R 1000 for papers that by law they should be giving you anyway, that they don't clearly indicate you will be paying on their website, it comes out afterward that you will be waiting for those papers because they are selling cars that they haven't even transferred to their name yet. Then because they just want the sale they will promise they will deliver the papers only to come with another story later on. THEY ARE LAIRS, CHEATS AND FRAUDSTERS. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM WE BUY CARS.
FNB and Debt Rescue has managed to increase my debt. I had an overdraft of R 16 000 and FNB changed the account number a year after I went under debt review without informing myself or Debt Rescue. Debt Rescue that works with this all the time and promised me for their fee to deal with my creditors also did not query this. So far R 14000 has been paid to that overdraft, which FNB now claims as fees and interest and is refusing to transfer to the account it was meant for. Neither FNB or Debt Rescue advised me to close the cheqeu account and it was handed over to Debt Rescue with all my other accounts. In fact they advised me to open a new account. Now FNB is taking that R 14 000 plus they want the R 16 000 and another R 9000 in interest. Negligence on the part of Debt Rescue and plain thieving from FNB is now resulting in me having more debt than I started with. I also received confirmation that there are 100's of these cases and that FNB has promised to fix it. But why would they, they are earning 1000's this way. Its just plain wrong and I want to tell everyone that is under debt review, or considering it to be very very careful. You will think that the end of the process is in sight, and then they will surprise you like this. ITS A SCAM.

I phoned Telkom on the 14.10.2017 to upgrade my line from 2 to 4 Mbps. They said it would take 4 to 5 days. On the 18.10.2017 I phoned again. They said they would fix it. They didn't. I have been without internet for a few days now so I phoned again this morning 02.11.2017. While looking for their details I saw on their website I was also supposed to qualify for a LIT box. No one informed me. That being said after speaking to 3 agents this morning I have absolutely no idea what happened to my internet. Since the one agent told me its not activated yet and she has to refer it to the technical department, the second agent told me that it was moved back to the old address and that I have to phone the sales department, and the sales agent Nazeema told me that I have to phone the technical department again. So now I am here. 2 hours on the phone, and still no resolution to the problem. This is not the first time I am having endless problems with Telkom. And they really aren't helpful in solving the issue. They just keep referring to another department and none of their stories match up . I am working this weekend and I really need the internet. But now its probably going to take months to solve the issue again.
