I had a delivery scheduled for today 11 March 2026, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The driver could not find my address and kept getting lost. I even went out of my way to share my live location with him on WhatsApp to help him, yet he was still extremely rude and unprofessional when communicating with me.
When I called customer care to get assistance with my delivery, the situation became even worse. The agent I spoke to was also rude and dismissive. He switched to speaking Zulu and told me that he would hang up the phone on me.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. Both the driver and the customer care agent behaved in a very unprofessional manner. If this is the level of service your company provides, then it is very concerning.
