The absolute worst customer experience I've ever had.

After paying an 80% deposit on 15 November 2022, I was entertained with 2-weeks of empty promises of when they will start the job (laminate flooring).

Days and weeks passed with zero service, only lies. Eventually, I requested my deposit back, only for them to drag their feet and come up with more excuses when it will be paid back.

The time of writing this is 14 February 2023. I've opened up a case of fraud against Roan from We Build Concepts in the meantime.

So what this delay in payment is telling me is that our hard-earned money was used to finance another project of Roan's, and now he's waiting on payment for that job? Who operates like that??

All of this while we're trying to get the baby room ready...

No integrity or professionalism whatsoever.
