It was not a big job so I was expecting it all to be done in a week and by the constant messaging it didn't sound like he was busy. But then there was a lead time waiting for materials to be cut, then his bakkie was in for repairs, then the wood provider was going to deliver but they were stuck in Fishhoek also with a bakkie issue, then another job wanted him on site so he couldn't come. Over a course of 6 weeks we had 4 confirmed installation days that never happened. Eventually of his own accord, he offered to refund the deposit. And so started a new round of broken promises. I now see that his website https://webuildconcepts.co.za/ is down, and emails to his business email address ****@webuildconcepts.co.za are being returned undeliverable.
