EMPTY PROMISES
I went to them , because of what I saw on the website. All to find that it's a lie. After communicating with them about the property, I was told that they can't buy the property from me, they are going to assist in putting it on the market to sell the property. And you get all this when you do enquiries. After that, you will Never get any update from them. I am giving them 90 days, after that I'll shop around for other property companies that will help me sell my property. This people they attract customers with the wrong information. I'm not recommending this company.

Hi All, please be careful of this company, www.webuyhouzes.co.za I dealt with a gent named Teboho, he represents the company as CEO. We set a time to meet at the house, he kept us waiting for 30 min, on inspection of the property I informed him we would take the rental, he told me he would send the application approval that evening, nothing. After many backs and forth whatsapps messages the following day, he then tells me the home has been rented and not available.... if I had not called to confirm receipt of my email I would still be waiting for Mr. Teboho ... but happy to promise the world.
