If there was a rating "0" i would give them that rating. I was in desperate need of advise and treatment, so i called Smile Care Dentistry in Northriding as they were quite close the where im staying. BIG MISTAKE. I arrived, receptionist took my details, I told her i would be paying cash. Consultation was R800 from Northriding branch, however R900 from the Centurion Branch, strange they both the same company. Anyway i went to the appointent, paid my money, waited. Dr had me in his chair for 5 min, then told me that hes the ONLY dentist (dr) at the practice that day, and that his partner was the one he needed feedback from to resolve my mouth ishues. They sent me on my way promising to send me a quote as equested as i paid for it. To date 2 weeks later im still waiting for the quote. I called and spoke to the Receptionist, ONLY for her to tell she would look into it and get back to me, NOTHING. I am furious at the level "0" support given. I will expect a FULL refund from Smile Care Dentistry to the amount of R800. I will never promote or recomend ANYONE from using their practice. Smile Care will be hearing from my attorney regarding their actions, ripping unsuspecting clients, not giving them the best advise either...Shameful and absolute waste of my time. NEVER GO THE "SMILE CARE Dentistry" you will be out of pocket with nothing to show for it.....********
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment and communication I received from Wits Dental Clinic in Johannesburg. On 9th May 2025, I attended an appointment at the clinic and was seen by a dentist who advised that I required further assessment by a Prosthodontics specialist. I was informed that my file would be submitted to the Prosthodontics department and that I would be contacted within approximately three months to schedule an appointment. However, after receiving no communication for several months, I followed up with the clinic on 16th September 2025. To my dismay, I was informed that I am not on the waiting list and that the treating doctor had apparently taken my file directly to the Prosthodontics department. This explanation strikes me as highly irregular and possibly inaccurate, especially given the lack of any confirmation or follow-up from the department itself. Furthermore, I was told that the waiting list for Prosthodontic services exceeds two years—a fact that was never disclosed to me during my initial consultation. This lack of transparency and failure to communicate critical timelines is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. My file number is 6120381, and I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly. I find the handling of my case to be unprofessional and indicative of a broader issue in patient care and administrative accountability. I am requesting the following: • A formal explanation for the miscommunication and delay • Clarification on the current status of my file and expected timeline • Immediate consideration for alternative arrangements or referrals I trust that this matter will be treated with the seriousness it deserves. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within 14 days, I will escalate this complaint to the Office of Health Standards Compliance and the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

I have let it slide on many occassion... BUT this is the 5th time ive received food that is FROT. Checken Breast that stank to high heaven...i puked, never in my life. Rolls that were Green Mulge underneath that very night i purchased them. Bugs, yes friggin Bugs in the Hotcross Buns,,,,,, Eggs that were off a week after purchasing them...... FROT BLACK insides .......This is just wrong guys, PicknPay need to Seriously STEP-UP.......... If its not shrinkrapped or sealed direct from the supplier......... STAY AWAY. Im surprised no one is dead from bad food they selling....its that bad guys really.
Hi All, I've just had an extremely frustrating experience purchasing via "Fruugo" Online Shop. Please take note of this as its happening every day, as far as im concerned its outright ******ion. I purchased three (3) items from FRUUGO Online services, i received two (2) out of the three items on order. Fruugo tracking is non-existant, communication with them is ZERO, as you get zero feedback on your order, tracking facility does not respond, infact it gives errors on your enquiry, so thats absolutely useless. I eventually receive an email several weeks after the due arrival date (ETA) informing me that the package is local and has been delivered on the 15th Dec 23. GREAT, But where is it, i paid for Door to Door services as with the first two orders (received) no extra charge, as i paid for this upfront with FRUUGO. So where is my package.... the email informs me to contact a local service center in North Riding, JHB and make arrangements to collect, now remember this has been paid for to the supplier Fruugo, door-to-door shipping... So i call the number, low and behold its the frigging SA Post Office...WHY do they have my parcel, paid for. This is theft. I eventually had to drive to Northriding to COLLECT a delivery, ONLY to be told i had to PAY additional money to release the parcel....... FRUUGO you guys are terrible i will NEVER purhase anything from you lott again.... i will expect a FULL REFUND on this order, as it was ****** by SA Post Office... they are also ****** for ******ing funds from paidup clients... absolutely disgusting... FULL REFUND FRUUGO.... Im so frustrated i will post a review on FRUUGO weekly for the forseeable forture.... I want this resolved asap FRUUGO..... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE EVER You will pay through your nose for a small item...
If I could give you a "-10" it would still not justify your unproffesionalism, disgustingly rude staff, alongside the so called manager. Just a warning, Northgate / North Riding Post Office is intercepting courier packages that have been paid for by the receiving clients already. Shipping/courier included paid for by the client: Door-to- Door Shipping - AGAIN, PAID FOR ALREADY..... then your shipment doesnt arrive, so you start the enquiry process....where is my parcel? back & forth we go.....ITS been delivered on the 15th Dec 23, WHERE is my question, certainly not my home as it should have been, as i paid extra for this service from FRUUGO Online.. I get an email telling me that its at their North Riding Branch and to call the number for collection. So I do just that, call the number.... You will not believe it " its the SA Post Office" after many attempts to call them without answer, i decided to DRIVE there and go find out WHY my parcel that has been paid for shipping included, is at the SA Post Office...??? I get there, que 50m long, stand, stand, stand....get to the counter, greeted by an RUDE man, takes my details and goes off to look for the parcel... Returns with the package to my relief. I then get handed an INVOICE to pay in order for them to release the parcel....??? WHY ??? its been paid for already, to my door infact. NOPE they want MONEY AGAIN..... SO i told them to go *** themselves as this is daylight *******, ****ming clients by hijacking their orders, then charging the unsuspecting customer held at randsom for their goods.. This is ******ion at its best, I will be seriously looking into this *****ed business methods of the North Riding SA Post Office.....Oh and the manager, WOW, a complete *****, unproffesional, disrespectful, an all round IDIOT, would not expect anything less from the SA Post Office, ***ng ******. Hi All, please be careful of this company, www.webuyhouzes.co.za I dealt with a gent named Teboho, he represents the company as CEO. We set a time to meet at the house, he kept us waiting for 30 min, on inspection of the property I informed him we would take the rental, he told me he would send the application approval that evening, nothing. After many backs and forth whatsapps messages the following day, he then tells me the home has been rented and not available.... if I had not called to confirm receipt of my email I would still be waiting for Mr. Teboho ... but happy to promise the world.
<p>My daughter Megan took out a Planet Fitness gym contract in Mya of last year 2016. Megan is presently staying withme in Fourways, nearby Fourways Planet Fitness. Megan unrtunately has to leave JHB and move to Nelspruit.</p> <p>Here comes te problem she is facing, "There is not Planet Fitness" branch in Nelpruit area. So "WE" call Planet Fitness Customer Care line: 0861-496-463 an call centre agent answered the call, after we waitied 12.45 minutes for her to do so. I asked to speak to the agents superior ( I have the call recording, which i will share with everyone to hear) the agent put me through to a call centre Manager namely : Cherene...</p> <p>I explained that Megan does NOT want to cancel her contract at R530.00 per month " which i think is a ripoff big time" R530.00 ther are cheaper GYms around thats forsure: Any way I asked if she needs to continue with the contract even thou she cannot go...as there is none in her area, and that she will probably have o join another gym in the area, Nelspruit....</p> <p>THE FACT IS SHE DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL HER GYM CONTRACT WITH PLANET, she wants to continue with them, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A PLANET FITNESS she can go to down there.</p> <p> </p> <p>You would no believe what was siad to us by this call centre Manager: Cherene " I would fire her ass" no help at all. Cherene goes on to tell us that my daughter must pay the fees of R530 monthly regardless of her not using the facilties, and / or pay R2336.30 to get out of the contract....... this will not happen, i will not pay for something that i am not receiving in return. Planet Fitness do not have a branch in Nelspruit, therefore she cannot attend, therefor we will no be paying.......</p> <p>My next stepis to contact my attorney and bring this to his attention...let him handle this bull****...</p> <p>Facebook / Twitter / Wechat...you name it i will publish this complaint so people are aware of this bull**** tha Planet Fitness is selling.......
