On Monday 21 September 2020 the friendly staff at Webuylaptops contact me through e-mail and arange for colection of my HP 650 laptop. On Tuesday 22 September 2020 I recieved an e- mail that the technician will evaluate the laptop. The next day Wednesday 23 September 2020 a staff member at webuylaptops confirmed that everything is in order and the final offer was made . I accept the cash offer and provided my id and bank statement as requested. In an e- mail I was informed that I will recieved payment within 2 working days . On friday 25 th of September I recieved an e-mail from webuylaptops that they are still waitng for account department to make a payment.
Sadly today is Tuesday 29 September 2020 and I am still waiting for payment.
I did sent an e-mail but no news on payment.
Webuylaptops are slow to pay .

Client service is exelent untill it is time for payment then it become a drag.
How long will I wait for payment ?
Its already 6 days. What happened to the 2 day working day period ?
Webuylaptops almost score 5 star but due to the no payment I can only rate webuylaptops 3 star.
There is room for improvement and the acounting department need to improve on payment .
No payment. Its sad because I expect so much more from a long standing online bussines.
