No payment . No response.

We Buy Laptops advertise on the internet on the following domain ..www@ webuylaptops.co.za .

Last week Monday 21 September 2020 they send a courier service to collect the HP 650 laptop at my house.Tuesday 22 September 2020 one of their friendly staff members send me an e-mail to inform me that they did recieve the HP 650 laptop .

On wednesday 23 September 2020 one of their staff members inform me through e - mail that everything is in order and they will pay within 2 working days.

On Friday 25 September 2020 I was informed that their is a delay with their Account department and my bankstatement and id is in order but they cant promise when they could pay for my Hp 650 laptop.

Today is 29 September 2020 and nothing . I am still waiting for payment .

I have send an e-mail to info@webuylaptops.co.za but no response.

With regret I think that We Buy Laptops is very slow to pay and they dont really care about payments .

I have send another e-mail to enquiries@webuylaptops.co.za but no response.

I did visit www.webuylaptops.co.za in order to contact the manager.

But sadly no response .

We Buy Laptops did not keep their end of the bussines deal.

They inspect the laptop and they made an offer but refuse to pay.

I dont know why their is a delay for payment maybe a mis understanding or perhaps it is a bussines scam.

Its not clear why thy refuse to pay .

They simply ignore my messages . No payment reflect in my bank account.

With regret it is a bussines deal that went sour.

I did expect integrity from We Buy Laptops accoun department .

But nothing. They ignore me.
