Avoid using them!

This is honestly the worst customer service I've been exposed to. Eric is all to happy to accept new business, however after sales service is pathetic!

He never answers your calls nor does he come out and fix any issues. I did get hold of him once, I think he answered by mistake and promised to come out and fix my rollers on my sliding door but I am still waiting.

Avoid this company!
