WORST Service Ever
Wish I had read the reviews on here before I approached this company. The WORST customer service experience ever! They are never on time and the quality of the work is questionable. They “fixed” a sliding door for us, only for it to leak again. Offer 6 months guarantee on the work but you’ll simply never see them again. DO NOT even think of bring these guys!

WORST Service Ever
Wish I had read the reviews on here before I approached this company. The WORST customer service experience ever! They are never on time and the quality of the work is questionable. They “fixed” a sliding door for us, only for it to leak again. Offer 6 months guarantee on the work but you’ll simply never see them again. DO NOT even think of bring these guys!

WORST SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP EVER!!!
We had them replace 3 windows at our house today....pathetic is not even the word!! Told them that our dining room windows that needs replacing is tinted so the new windows needs to look the same. After installing the windows and cracking our tiles under the windows we saw that there is no tint. Our other window they chipped out the window and we have pieces of glass laying everywhere. They removed our clear burgular bars to fix the window and came back just before 20:00 tonight to put the rivets back into these bars after the broken windows were removed. They saw that the rivets they brought are too small and left all the wrong sized rivets on the floor and got in their bakkie and left and we asked them about the tint and he had a dum strucked look on his face and continued reversing out of the driveway. I am livid!! The worst of all is that this was an insurance claim. These guys are absolutely useless... I won't even recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!

Stay away!!!
Stay away !!! Worst company. They couldn’t fit a simple door , they only do half the job and leave. When contacted to fix they never arrive. There store is on Trichardt street. Don’t get caught by them

They are beyond doubt the worst company I have experienced. They did not come when they were supposed to and they left the job unfinished. What they did do was disgusting... The door did not fit and there were gaps you could see right through. The glass was not secured and pieces of aluminium fell off... I could not contact them by phone.

Bad repairs and not after sales at all - Really bad
Worst place ever. Do not trust this place. Came, did very poor job with the door repairs. Paid them full price, used my old rubbers, still waiting for them to come fix the rubber after I paid. I will not at all recommend this place to anyone. Eric was swearing and telling me how much money he makes and he does not care about small things like this. What a complete waste of money and time.

Avoid using them!
This is honestly the worst customer service I've been exposed to. Eric is all to happy to accept new business, however after sales service is pathetic! He never answers your calls nor does he come out and fix any issues. I did get hold of him once, I think he answered by mistake and promised to come out and fix my rollers on my sliding door but I am still waiting. Avoid this company!

Can " We fix Doors " Gauteng Repair what they fixed ?
Hi I have been given the run around for almost an year now to get "We fix Doors"to repair the door they fixed. Keep getting different excuses.
