Wish I had read the reviews on here before I approached this company. The WORST customer service experience ever! They are never on time and the quality of the work is questionable. They “fixed” a sliding door for us, only for it to leak again. Offer 6 months guarantee on the work but you’ll simply never see them again. DO NOT even think of bring these guys!
I was involved in a car accident a while back and I’ve been sent from pillar to post. I lodged a complaint and all I got was an acknowledgment. I am appalled by the service from this insurer. I’ve comp**** with all their requests for information and yet here we are, months later. Can this claim please be escalates for resolution? MX111156981 your customer has had to resort to this platform because your claims assessors are clearly playing games instead of finalising the claim per your “promises”! STAY AWAY FROM PMD if you want peace of mind! Quick to collect premiums, but at your time of need? Typical insurance shark!
I paid this company close to R20 000 for a tombstone that was supposed to be erected in December. I was sent from pillar to post, they were rude and utterly disrespectful AND there were definitely racist undertones. Speaking to neighbors, I got even more horror stories so clearly this is the modus operandi. If you are looking for a tombstone, save yourself the stress and rather take your hard earned cash to another place. DO NOT BUY FROM FACTORY TOMBSTONE!
I ordered two leggings online and made an error with my email address so the confirmation email went to this incorrect address that I obviously do not have access to. I paid for the leggings. Contacted Mr Price Sport and I was asked for proof of payment which I sent. Then I was asked for a ref number, supplied the same. I was then asked for proof of payment again. The call was first logged 15 June and to date, no resolution. The guy assisting me (Lucky Shange) is not helpful at all. Last week he wanted personal info (including my ID number) and I respectfully asked him what he was planning to do with this info because I wanted my leggings or a refund. He then (on 30 June) asked for my cellphone number so he could call and I told him 'I prefer we keep our communication on email, of obvious reasons' - I need the email trail because I want my money back. Do not waste your time by buying their stuff, there are other alternatives that are just as reasonable in terms of price - service is pathetic and revolting! It's like Lucky is doing me a favour and oh, he will not send me an update or anything - he only responds when I follow up. yesterday I followed up again (on 5 June) and his response was - I asked for your number - WHAT THE HELL!!! I want my money back please and I will not let this go! Ref: 409195
I took my brand new Mango suit to Killarney Mall for a dry clean. It came back with white stains on it and I returned it for them to clean it up again. 4 weeks later, my suit was still not back. I was sent from pillar to post and every time I went to the shop, I would be told my suit was still at the factory and NIKKI knew nothing. Mind you, I had already paid for this. My suit finally came back with a scratch. Zenobia promised me she would speak to the factory manager, then the owner and then started avoiding my calls. Never, ever again! I was a paying customer of Levingers and in return I got my brand new suit damaged, and bad stinking attitude and terrible customer service. I hope many more customers read this report!
I took my brand new Mango suit to Killarney and it came back with some white marks/residue. this had happened before so I simply asked them to send it back to the factory. I went back a week later only to be told it was not back. FOUR weeks my suit was still not back and every time Nikki told me she didn't know what was going on with it. My suit was finally delivered after a lot of screaming and it had a scratch on it. Zenobia promised me that she was going to speak to the factory manager and the owner for compensation and 2 weeks later, she stopped taking my calls. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Levingers is not cheap and yet the service is less than shocking. No care for the customer, none whatsoever!
