WORST COMPANY EVER. Waiting a month for my pension payout. still waiting. on the phone to this company every morning and they just keep telling me the same story, payment keeps rejecting! This place makes me want to kill myself. I cannot deal with this anymore!! please god help me!
Starting to think this company does not have the money to pay our pensions. Been entire month and still waiting for my fund to payout, sent ID and proof of bank and they keep tell me the payment failed and that the fund administrator needs todo something. Sick and tired of alexander forbes.

Please can AF just pay my money, I am so so tired of waiting. Why with todays technology does it take 6 weeks for payment? This is rediculus. Please can you just pay my money so I Can go on with my life.
So tired of Alexander Forbes, its a Constand battle and waiting. Tried to call, cannot reach. I have submitted claim and still waiting payout. People in SA are struggling without money and this big company just does not care. Please pay my money
I am still awaiting my payout and have been unable to reach anyone at AF. I attempted to call throughout the entire day yesterday but received no response. Additionally, when trying to reach out via WhatsApp, I was met with the following message: "To assist with system stability, we have temporarily closed our WhatsApp channel. We apologise for the inconvenience." There has been no communication or updates on the matter. Could you kindly provide clarity on when the payments will be processed?
I have successfully submitted my claim, but I am still awaiting the payout. I am curious if anyone has received their payment from Alexander Forbes, and how long the process typically takes. Given the technological advancements today, I would expect a company of this size to operate more efficiently and with quicker turnaround times. I am extremely frustrated with their service and look forward to concluding all dealings with them. Moving forward, I do not wish to engage with this company again.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Alexander Forbes. The new two-pot system is not working as expected. When I called for assistance, I was told they couldn't help because their systems were down. They had more than enough time to prepare for this rollout. During these challenging times, people in South Africa are in desperate need of their funds. This situation is incredibly frustrating.
